David Crofts is a trusted, collaborative consultant who is in high demand for his ability to manage large, complex writing and editing projects.
A plain English specialist with extensive government, corporate and community-based experience, David started his career as a journalist (News Ltd) before moving into media and communications roles with government and business organisations. He has worked as a senior speech writer, a publicist, a tender writer and a senior communications adviser.
David has the ability to lead clients through the process of developing clear, convincing written content for a wide range of audiences. He is also expert at training and mentoring others on how to plan, structure and resource complex writing and editing projects.
He regularly works on major public policy documents, environmental impact assessments, key communications campaigns and large-scale tender submissions.
Natalia Thompson, partner
Natalia has over 20 years’ experience in writing and editing roles.
She began her career as a journalist (News Ltd) before moving into government and business communications in the 1990s. Natalia’s previous roles include as a senior speech and media writer, communications adviser, campaign and communications unit manager and media spokesperson.
Natalia is experienced at internal and external communications, strategic communications, issues management and media relations. She works across diverse sectors including major projects and construction, environment and sustainability, health, justice, education and innovation.
Natalia regularly leads large editing projects with multiple stakeholders and contributors to deliver key public policy documents, research papers, technical guidelines and large-scale tender submissions.
Fran Madigan, associate
Fran is a highly experienced writer and editor with proven structural editing skills.
She has worked on a range of complex editing projects for the City of Melbourne, Tourism Victoria, RMIT University, the University of Melbourne, CSIRO, the City of Port Phillip, the City of Yarra, Tattersall’s and the Melbourne Convention and Visitors Bureau.
Fran has a long history of writing and editing on environmental sustainability and is a former judge of the Banksia Environmental Foundation and Premier’s Sustainability Awards. She is experienced at editing large, complex documents to ensure readability and consistency of messages, style and tone. She has worked on many projects with Agile including major tender submissions and government reports.

Peter started his career with the Herald and Weekly Times (Herald-Sun and Sunday Herald-Sun) focusing on news and sports photography before establishing his own business with a strong emphasis on people, events and architecture.
Peter has the ability to connect with his subjects to produce memorable images for a wide range of purposes and regularly works with government, business and community organisations.
